1. Who this applies to
By using TryAthlete, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.
2. Your content
Visuals you create and export belong to you. We don't claim ownership over anything you produce with the app.
3. Subscriptions — Individual
Monthly: $9.99/month
Yearly: $49.99/year
All subscriptions are billed through Apple in-app purchases and are subject to Apple's payment terms
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
Cancellation can be done anytime through your App Store account settings
No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period
4. Subscriptions — Club
Monthly: $19/month
Yearly: $179/year
Same renewal and cancellation terms as individual subscriptions
Club subscriptions cover the club owner's account and the club's presence in the app
All subscriptions are billed through Apple in-app purchases and are subject to Apple's payment terms
Clubs that arrange billing directly with TryAthlete outside the App Store are processed via Stripe
5. Third-party connections
TryAthlete connects to Strava and Garmin to read your activity data. We only request the minimum permissions needed. You can disconnect these integrations at any time from your profile settings. We are not responsible for data accuracy provided by Strava or Garmin.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it in any way that violates Strava's or Garmin's terms of service.
7. Limitations of liability
TryAthlete is provided as-is. We are not liable for any inaccuracies in training data, losses arising from subscription billing issues handled by third parties, or any indirect damages resulting from use of the app.
8. Changes to terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms. Significant changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland.
